In 2025, Action2Day proudly completed the construction of the Health Center in Tharaka-Nithi, Kenya, a landmark milestone in our mission to improve access to essential healthcare for rural communities. This new facility now serves four villages and more than 360 families, providing vital medical care, health education, and preventive services to women, children, and families who previously faced significant barriers to care. 

The Health Center stands as a beacon of hope where once long distances, limited resources, and high disease prevalence made health services nearly unreachable. In regions where malaria, yellow fever, HIV, and other life-threatening illnesses are common, and where supply chains for medicines and vaccines are fragile, the presence of a community health facility drastically changes outcomes for the most vulnerable. 

This achievement reflects Action2Day’s commitment to equitable, sustainable community development, bringing services directly to the heart of the communities we serve, reducing physical and social barriers to care, and empowering families through improved health and well-being.
